A bit useless if there is no audio!!!

What an amazing way for these "cops" to accumulate overtime to boost their pensions. Pitiful waste of money and time.

It BLOWS MY MIND, figuratively, that anyone can even attempt to be on comments here and arguing his innocence at this point and after all we’ve discovered. Anyone with such delusions must seem to have a perception issue, as to their own level of self-importance versus the level of importance other people would assign into a person such as Alex, in this current time frame, in SC>US, with these guidelines, with this level of forensic material evidence, with this display of grotesque grandiosity wherein lies the one only criminal, both capable, connected, mentally corroded, fully free willing, melodious but with an emotional distance entirely and massively abnormal to the occasion and relationship structures, and reckless enough to commit these crimes - and ALSO, add to that 50-whatever hears of just the assumption that you are the nepotism baby of the South, it’s your god-given, granted upon your blessed time on this earth, as if you were some Prince Charles monarch of the good old boys, and you take all of that nepo-ego and fill it into a vase of the 14th circuit court, of which you’ve never lived outside of for a day of your life, and of which, for double the span of your life, you’ve never existed outside of a family who officially ranked as the upper-crusted most ‘Around here, I AM the law” publicly ‘serving’ official officer of the court system, and you mix it all up in a beat up, sundamaged, old football injury, booze and pills and leave some extra for the hair of the dog, drinking it down with PawPaw and Maggie and Busta, walking around sounding like you’re some cartoon family of canines kids watch on Nickelodeon on Saturday mornings, owning a 1,300 acre, 3rd home, which functions as a hunting lodge and also a dog kennel and also an extremely remote, poorly connected to technology but not poorly enough for your owl sons last words on earth to be a Snapchat message that failed to post publicly, but actually DID upload to the backend of the software and legally served for your son, the deathbed witness, as his own dying confession/nuncupative will, in which he makes a little comment about the dogs tail in the video but YOU, eve father, are heard speaking, unknowingly being filmed as background noise, saying “It’s just so bad - I did him so bad”, just before you blow his brains out, then your wife’s, splayed to sit for hours with the dog kennel equipment, later to be debated and expert witness speculation and official testimony given as to the exact audio-tonal sounds of “I” possibly being able to hear sounded confused with “They”……. but nonetheless, you’ve got murder staging scene 3rd home, apart from your starter family home in town where Buster and PawPaw were raised, then the 2nd home on the beach for when the wife is sick of your ass (which you call ‘Edisto’), and real quick after the murder you run into town to do a quick alibi situational setting the event, where you enter a 4th family property where your dad (previous ‘I AM the law in this town’ dude) himself isn’t present tonight, because he’ll die in the hospital 2 days later, but your dementia mom perfectly is present, so you go to visit her, because that quick and 15 minute stop gives you time: •1) dump the raincoat/jacket (speculative ‘tarp’,…… if you don’t know, don’t even ask…..😮), you were wearing with blood and gunshot residue on it, 2) most likely (definitely) dump the 2 guns you used to kill your wife and kids with elsewhere, either temporarily or permanently, not for the peasants to ever know, and 3) throw your newly deceased wife’s iPhone out of your GPS-tracked SUV, within a span of nanoseconds of when you drove past the spot where her phone was thrown out of a car window onto the side of the highway, but most importantly, you went to visit dementia mommy in order to: 4) Extort her long-term home healthcare nurse’s aide, who so the kindest woman, but whom you know, with her job to watching mommy at night and her job as school cafeteria lady (school whereupon you yourself know the superintendent and can make sure she is ‘wink-wink’ taken care of)is too broke to even afford the wedding to the boyfriend she loves so early, nurse’s aide who super attentively, but also super annoyingly remembers things so specific as which episode of the game show was on when you entered, which segment they were doing, which segment they were doing when you left, which leaves you at about 15-20 minutes on property, instead of the 30-40 you ‘wink-wink’ - Let’s take care of that wedding of yours…… if she will drag the visit with dementia mommy out to 30-40 when the cops interview her, but she’s no liar and she couldn’t, she also mentioned the raincoat she called a ‘tarp’, for which your attorneys DRAGGED her across the secondhand victim lane full of victims of yours in the midst of this months months long bloodbath, as the ‘family annihilator’ that you are, taking out every single person anywhere even tertiary to you, your business, your best friends, your small-time drug dealer>tried to make him sound big-time but didn’t work in a failed ‘sui€ide-for-hire’ plot that you calculated about 2.5 months after the double murder, your family, your properties, your families family, etc, attempting to take out every single one of them, and your mommy’s nurse’s aide is so truthful that she’s hysterically crying on the stand as she is forced to tell the truth about your attempt to extort a murder alibi out of her. So imagine you are that person. And imagine the jury knows those things, all admitted into evidence. And then imagine how, surely against Harpootlian’s best advice, you just KNOW you are so ultra-convincing (maniacal and kveining), and you KNOW you’ve convinced dozens or hundreds of other Jerry’s in your life to successfully side with you, but again, against the best advice of your own attorney in this moment, you go ahead and take the stand in your own defense, over a period of two days and I believe about 15 hours of oral testimony, you layout the scene about how “I did you so bad” Snapchat message found in the limbo-ether of the interwebs,……… and imagine that everything that I just said is the factual happenings of the jury trial, and also imagine that you’re 15 hours of testimony over the two days were in fact, not your brightest idea, but no worries because you can also blame that on someone else because it’s never your fault, and imagine the jury has to hear all of that, and imagine the ego so big of knowing that your family ‘IS the law in this town’,……. and imagine a swift 12-juror verdict of GUIITY,……. so it’s really not that difficult to imagine at all that this leaves zero room for anything less than ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ left in any of the dozen jurors minds,……. **DISCLAIMER: And imagine allllllll of that, and then imagine that I, myself, here, DID NOT EVEN MENTION the further testimony/expert witnesses/material witnesses/cross examining done over 3 months of trial, which pertained to: 1) a more elaborate detailing of the ‘sui€ide-for-hire’ plot that you attempted to carry out with your small-time dealer, who you also got sent to prison for your crimes and basically just being in your vicinity, 2) your attempt to go to drûġ rehab, in order to seem more of a mess and less calculated as you actually were, and 3) your theft of $170,000 from your best friend since college, 4) Your further $600k theft of your single-mom of 2 teenage children 20-year+++ nanny/maid/personal assistant/confidant to your wife, who ‘fell down the stairs’ and died on your property? one who is behaviorally handicapped, who were evicted from their trailer home after their mom died and you stole 2 different insurance settlements from then, didn’t give them one penny or even tell them you were settling with 2 insurance plans, and 5) You also stole about $5-10 MILLION dollars from your OWN clients, who you represented as personal injury victims, as their goodwill savior, money they all needed as extremely vulnerable and destitute already victim of somebody else’s crimes, who you made into secondary victims of your crime, of feelings, the money that you won from juries in courtrooms for them, but never gave to them, and 6) Your bringing in your own law firm’s partners and staff members, and anyone even remotely attached to this firm and its dealings over years and years, where you laundered money that was never yours thru the firm, of which some of the partners are YOUR OWN BLOOD SIBLINGS,…….. so when you spend the rest of your life in prison, they will just have to consider themselves lucky that they are EVEN ALIVE AT ALL, after knowing you at all, and spend the rest their own lives paying back money they never stole to victims they never knew existed, just because that’s what’s legally required in order form them to have ever had you attached to their lives in any way and now to NOT be a criminal/malicious, malevolent human.

I did not like the officer’s tone from the very beginning. He was just looking for stuff to be wrong. Arrested for speeding is ridiculous. He should have told him what he did wrong first. He did not check his license first which is wrong. It sounds like this was Sam’s first traffic stop. It seems like the officer kept him in the car for a long time knowing the cuffs were hurting him.

I don't understand all the comments about John Marvin. He's trying to be courteous and helpful. What's he supposed to do? Fall to his knees in a fit of tears, shaking his fists at the heavens? The employee, who does this all day and is completely familiar with their cash register, has all the buttons readily available, pushes at most four or five buttons - no searching various pages of options. They do it as you are speaking. Absolutely no way this is, in any way, "faster and easier". It is only cheaper for management, less personal, no customer service involved. The front counter is not even staffed any more. These have definitely driven me away from stopping at mcdonalds. I guess that is the one good point - it encourages me to eat someplace healthy.
